Our 10-Year Impact Report: A Decade of Serving Georgia Families

One Family’s Mission, Now an Entire Network of Support

In 2016, the Lafontant family set out to serve medically fragile children in the state of Georgia. Over the past 10 years, the family’s vision for Optimum Pediatric Services has blossomed into a top in-home pediatric care provider for families across the state. Along the way, OPS has built a network of support, bringing together incredible clients, dedicated nurses, committed care partners, and mission-driven nonprofit organizations into what we call “the OPS family.”

As our team reflects on 10 years serving Georgia’s medically fragile community, we put together a collection of our most significant accomplishments and milestones. However, every story, statistic, and goal reached that’s included in our impact report would not be possible without the support of our families, nurses, and partners. We are so grateful for everyone who has been a part of our care journey over the last decade, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for the OPS family in the years to come!
