Registered Nurse (RN)
Optimum Pediatric Services, LLC is a home healthcare agency that specializes in caring for children with medically fragile conditions. We offer in-home care and support for our clients while supporting family members with their caregiving duties. Our nursing team is truly valued
and is provided with a great work/life balance. We are inclusive, rewarding, and collaborative.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will travel to the patient’s home to provide care and support for the patient and family. This includes performing follow-up care per provider instructions and in accordance with scope of practice, assisting with patient and family education, and documenting clinical information into the medical record.
